9 Racial stereotypes about people from the North East that need to go for good

Well, no one in the world is racially supreme than the other, people are just more privileged than others. Why don’t we just recognize the fact and muzzle up? People from the North-East are also Indians and it is a shame that we have to tell people that  it is wrong to address them with racial stereotypes. Here are some that need to go as soon as possible.

They all know Kung-Fu
We wish they did, so they could beat the ignorant dumb ass to sanity.

They only eat Momos and Noodles
And what do others eat ? “How to become a moron” pills, just FYI the general staple food of the area is rice.

They all have loose morals
Yes, most people from the North East dress exceptionally well and carry themselves off with grace but how does it correlate to their character.

“They consume dog meat, ewwww”
Firstly, have we seen them eating dog meat? Secondly, people all over the world have different food habits, so we can’t criticize what we don’t understand.

They are all Maoists
Okay, this one is a little absurd, and this usually comes from people who don’t  know what Maoists are or who Mao Zedong was. Do we?

They are Cannibals
As far as the nation’s premiere anthropological institute word is to be believed they are no cannibal tribes in the North-Eastern part of India, Tactical Face-palm.

There is rampant prostitution there
Have you been to the North-East ? And we don’t think that this is something that would be region-specific….

They are not much into academics
The North Eastern states have one of the highest literacy rates in the country,  that doesn’t even make sense.

They are not from India
All of us know that it is not true because Indians are true-blooded hypocrites, we at least pretend to respect all foreigners…
